Refund Policy

1. Tuition

• A student may withdraw within 7 days of the first lesson and ask for the amount paid to be refunded less the value of materials already provided.
• After 7 days the amount paid is not refunded unless the law provides otherwise.
• If the Institute cannot deliver the course, the programme is cancelled and the unused part is refunded in full.

2. Booking payment

• The 200 000 so‘m booking payment holds a place and the discount and counts towards tuition.
• On written cancellation at least 3 working days before the group starts it is refunded in full.
• Once the group has started it is treated under section 1.

3. How to ask

Send a written request to hello@truckops.institute or to the manager with your full name, agreement number, payment date and reason. Requests are handled within 10 working days and money is returned the way it was paid. Bank or payment-provider fees and timing follow their rules.

4. Instalments

Refunds on payments arranged through Uzum Nasiya follow the bank’s terms.
